By stepping into our store or browsing our digital market at Canopy Greens, you're agreeing to stay within the boundaries of our service. It's about respect for the produce and the people who grow it. Don't like the terms? Unfortunately, then our services aren't for you.

Why do we have these? Because a community thrives on shared expectations. We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time, and your continued usage means you're on board with the harvest.

2. Freshness & Local Integrity

We're obsessed with quality. However, nature is unpredictable. While we strive for perfection in every basket of fruit and bunch of vegetables, seasonal variations happen. We're providing local produce - real food from real dirt.

Did you know we source from over 12 local farms within the Brooklyn area? Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We don't guarantee that a tomato will look like a plastic replica from a supermarket; we guarantee it tastes like a tomato should.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create a member profile for our farmer's market initiatives, you're the guardian of that gate. Keep your password safe. We aren't responsible for any activity that happens under your name if you've been careless with your credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

The name Canopy Greens, our logo, and the beautiful photography on this site are ours. No poaching! You wouldn't steal a neighbor's crop, so don't copy our content without written permission.
